Tour Action Reg

can i suit the army for not paying me correctly? ?

for the last 6 months the army have not being paying me or my reg properly, we complain every month, and even on tour we are not being paid correctly yet working 6 day weeks and 12hour days minimum. As complaining is doing nothing, can we take legal action?
I AM WELL AWARE WE DO NOT GET OVER TIME!! but when we get told we are being paid x amount, then being paid up to £600 less than expected, then its an issues. i am not complaining about the work we do, just that we are not being paid the amount we are told we should be. thanks for the helpful answers!

I hate to say it but those are the hours of a fobbit! But no worries my friend, have you contacted your company/battallion/brigade finance office? If they have given you the run around you should have also informed your chain of command and if THEY gave you the run around then I would go over their heads too.

If you're in Iraq, even as a fobbit, you should be getting paid correctly at the very least. But to answer your question, you cannot sue them. Speaking to your congressman will makes things happen but not for a while (it would probably make your superiors start looking at you funny). You need to get the people at your unit finance to correct this error! Have documentation of things proving you are getting paid incorrectly (i.e. if you're getting paid as an E-5 and you are an E-6 bring LESs and promotion orders).

Is there a specific name given to a set of golf irons that go from cavity backs to blades?

I have been using taylormade racOS2 cavity irons for the past 6 years and now want that little bit of extra control and feel in my more lofted irons e.g. 8, 9, PW and SW/GW. I saw a friends Nike pro-combo irons and noticed how they gradually changed from cavity backs to blades. Is there a specific name given to these sets of irons that progress gradually from cavity backs to blades and if so can you tell me what they are and where (and in what brands) are they available?

They are called "progressive" sets by the few companies that have done them. Nike has a version in the new Victory Red series as well as the old pro combos. Wilson Staff had one of the very first progressive sets about a decade ago. Mizuno does not have any, but they do allow you to build your own set so you can use different models to create that sort of combination.

I'm a graphic designer but sorry I don't do it for free. But here's a thought. I would use the business' name and find out a way to use tools and what not in the design as well. I would try doing it on design software though. I cant draw by hand either.
