Tour Action Reg can i suit the army for not paying me correctly? ?
for the last 6 months the army have not being paying me or my reg properly, we complain every month, and even on tour we are not being paid correctly yet working 6 day weeks and 12hour days minimum. As complaining is doing nothing, can we take legal action?
I AM WELL AWARE WE DO NOT GET OVER TIME!! but when we get told we are being paid x amount, then being paid up to £600 less than expected, then its an issues. i am not complaining about the work we do, just that we are not being paid the amount we are told we should be. thanks for the helpful answers!
I hate to say it but those are the hours of a fobbit! But no worries my friend, have you contacted your company/battallion/brigade finance office? If they have given you the run around you should have also informed your chain of command and if THEY gave you the run around then I would go over their heads too.
If you're in Iraq, even as a fobbit, you should be getting paid correctly at the very least. But to answer your question, you cannot sue them. Speaking to your congressman will makes things happen but not for a while (it would probably make your superiors start looking at you funny). You need to get the people at your unit finance to correct this error! Have documentation of things proving you are getting paid incorrectly (i.e. if you're getting paid as an E-5 and you are an E-6 bring LESs and promotion orders).

Lacking the ability to provide these drawings you should at least make the drawings as informative and professional as possible. At least use a straight edge and templates. Computer generated drawings can be very good; however the use of only 2-D assembly drawings is usually not satisfactory.
So yes I do lack the ability to provide 3D drawings (assuming that requires using a software like Auto Cad)

He is referring to drawing templates. You should be able to find them at the bookstore. There are drawing templates for circles, ellipses, hex's, etc.

I just dyed my hair 2 days ago and today I received my medical check-up letter that this coming Monday is the day and it stated that no coloured hair is allow.
I don't want to go dye it back black again, I want to retain my current colour.

There are washout dyes you can get that last just a few days, which I think would be the best thing, spray would look clumpy, unnatural and really, really bad!! I saw a girl who's sprayed her hair blue once, It was pouring down with rain out and...well...saying she looked like a smurf would be an understatement, it had ran all down her face, everywhere!! yuck!
I seriously dont see why you should have to go to this effort though for something so pointless, maybe you could call them up and say you have died hair and what should you do, shave it all off just so you can be eligable for a check-up? People like them make me angry!
